According to the Cooperation Agreement between the Federal Government and University Cantons on Matters Relating to Universities of 4th december 2000, the Swiss University Conference is competent for edicting guidelines in different areas clearly defined. Until now the SUC edicted the following guidelines:

• Directives for the coordinated renewal of teaching at swiss universities within the framework of the Bologna process (Bologna Directives), 3rd edition, of 1st august 2008 pdf 108 KB
  
  
• The Rectors' Conference of the Swiss Universities (CRUS) enacted further reglementations in the context of the Bologna process (german and french).
